I don't think riding next to me would be the best place for anyone not wearing full contact football gear at this time of my learning. I have already taken a few folks out that have gotten to close when I have been "doing my own stunts" down the hill.

Unless my sniffle develops into a cold, I'll be at Mt. Holly with my son on Saturday. (We had been going on Sundays, but it'll be Saturday this week.) I'm betting it will be a bit crowded if we get the snow that's in the forecast.

Sooner or later your legs give way, you hit the ground.

Would be the perfect weekend up north.

This weekend also falls on my free weekend schedule so normally I'd be up there.

Not bitter. Nope. Not at all.

You can always come up and hang in the lodge by a window. We'll come in for drinks with ya.

I'm gonna load up on Samuel Smith, maybe make some wings and poutine and play xbox/watch movies all weekend while Lori is hitting the pow.

If anyone is doing Caberfae this weekend, they're offering 2 for 1 lift tickets and rentals on Saturday. You gotta get the web coupon on their site.

I shoudl've known better than to go to PK today at 2pm, on a snow day of all things. What a shit show that was, and probably the least fun I've had snowboarding in quite some time.

The park looks great, but there were just waaaaay too many people for it to be at all enjoyable/safe.

I think they now have a total of 8 jumps. 3 large ones on Snowbird, 1 small one in Pinery, and 4 small/medium in Timberline. Plus the spine feature on Snowbird.

Added or rotated more jib & rail features. Looks rad. Just too crowded.

Highlands was super light traffic from what my boss says. He planned on riding tomorrow, I strongly encouraged him to go up early and ride today and it sounded pretty damn perfect.

I thought about going around 3 today. I pulled up the webcam and was holy shit, every camera had a wall of people. The park cam had so many people sitting that they were staggering in different rows all the way down the run. I decided to skip it. Hopefully tomorrow will have less.
