Yeah, I've done it before so I know the lower back stress. My friend had one years ago and my gym has one.
The good news is that once my bones heal, they're going to be stronger than they were before the accident. It's just a matter of getting my strength back at that point. July is probably realistically too soon for that kind of core workout but by the end of summer we'll see.

Yeah back to the Heritage and price discussion. I knew that I could sit here and wait and possibly get a discount. I knew it but having been watching the boards in my size among various retailers online, I've noticed that some places are sold out of the 166 or have one or two left. Dogfunk had a bunch of them yet, so they could have put it on sale at some point I suppose, but it just wasn't a chance I wanted to take. I mean, I couldn't even find ONE of last year's Heritage in my size for sale new anywhere.
Keep any eye on the price that they are selling for on there, I "think" if it drops within 30 days of your purchase they will give you the discount.
Leo, Big Sky has terrain for pretty much any level and it seems like the majority of their runs are blue groomers...basically you don't get to the intense stuff until you head up higher past where the base lifts go. It's been my favorite place I've been so far and hope to go back...Whistler may replace that (2 weeks away!!!!!).
Just hope there's not a huge adjustment period to it. My ex-brother-in-law who's got about 6 seasons in said that his riding level went back a whole year in his estimation when he bought a new board last year until he got used to it. I'm confident that won't be the case here, but we'll see I guess.
