Ha, I have a strange feeling that next year when you're back at it I'm going to be right there with you. Had I a partner in crime today I would have done it for sure.

Heck yeah. It's always hard for Leo and Dave to skip out for a day trip up to Crystal or whatever because it's 4 hours (or something) from them but only 2 or so from my house to Cab.

I'm so close to leaving for my trip on Tuesday, I don't want to go ride anywhere because I don't want to hurt myself and ruin the trip.

What about just taking it easy on blues and keeping out of the park?

Right on. And I typically work a 4X10 schedule so I'm usually not even in on Fridays. And next year my boys will be in pre-school so I won't have to (or be able to) stay home to watch them.

Yeah but the question is once he's out there, will he be able to take it easy? You're going to Whistler right Karp? Just hold off man....you lucky bastard!

I know what you are saying but that's when I would hurt myself, trying to be too cautious. Don't want to ruin this.....

Yeha, pumped. Going to hit Cypress Mountain on our way back to Vancouver Friday night. Flight doesn't leave until Saturday at about 6pm, so depending how we feel, might go somewhere Saturday morning...we have to take a red-eye though and get back to GR at 8am on Sunday.

Holy crap.

For the first time, I feel like I need to go there...

Here's the thing that gets me though. I see these crazy huge resorts/mountains and even just looking at the map or videos I feel overwhelmed, like I wouldn't even know where to start or what to do. All I know is here in Michigan. I can't even imagine.

Cool. As much as I love to ride, if I were in your shoes I would probably hold off and not take the chance of ruining such an awesome trip. That's just me though.

Of course having said that, with my luck I'd still manage to twist my ankle coming down the stairs or something.
