And yea, I'm wearing that on sat.

I don't knuckle anymore either. Only when tired from a day of not knuckling.

It's that time of year when resorts stop spinning the bullwheels down state and the resorts up north are throwing their year end parties as the snow they have dwindles by the day.

Then there's Hawk Island Snowpark who's all fuck that, let's blow snow.

Last night;

It is awesome. I *might* be able to get there for a few early on Saturday this week. Otherwise I am really crossing my fingers that they can stay open another week. It's such a fun park to ride and I'd love to get one last session in before the season's over, sicne I can't make it to Boyne's Spring Board Meeting this year in April.

Barring any major rain, the word on the street is that Hawk Island will definitely be open next weekend, March 23/24.

Sometime middle of next week when the extended forecast can be a little more relied-upon, I'd like to coordinate something for either Saturday or Sunday morning, with whoever can make it out there for a few hours.

That Sunday might work for me. Or MAYBE Saturday afternoon. But Sunday would be better.

Saturday or die.

LOL.

Honestly at this point it is mostly going to depend on the forecast. Right now next Sunday says rain, but that's about as reliable as reading tea leaves. Should have a more reliable forecast by next Thursday or so.

Well I might be able to make the afternoon work. Headed to boys HS basketball finals at Breslin in the morning, so it depends on how long my wife will let me leave her home alone with the kids. Maybe I can bring them and they can check out that sledding hill they have there.
