Damn autocorrect lol but Chomps knows all about child fronts. And rears. With his windowless van full of candy and coloring books.

Bravo...I'd tell you to take a bow for that one, but it might be better not to be bending over anywhere near Chomps.

Credit to David_Z for letting me know.

Mt Holly's FaceBook status this morning;

Tuesday 11/12/13. With our first successful snowmaking night under our belts and another one forecast forecast for tonight, an earliest season opener ever is possible on Wednesday 11/13/13. We will post updates here as they occur.

That bears repeating: Wow!

The big question on my mind is whether they can stay open, if they do manage to open. The earliest I can get out is Sunday, and the forecasts for the weekend don't look very promising. I wasn't expecting local hills to show signs of life until the weekends before or after Thanksgiving.

I can't see the weather holding out. They'll prolly open for a few novelty sessions then it'll warm up and well'll get round 2 in a couple weeks

I thought I saw that it was supposed to warm back up early next week and rain again, so I'm guessing you're probably right.
