Woodward is the only one you will want to be on. 99% of the skiing public does not even know they started making snow and still waiting on December.

I think it will be fine.

LOL Bugs Bunny. That's the bunny hill, it shouldn't be counted a s a trail. Punks.

Okay so it's just Woodward tonight. I figured that would be one but I thought Grant's trail too.

Who knows bro. I'm not expecting the biggest turnout ever but you never know.

I assume Pine Knob is about the same as Holly. From the webcam it looks like PK has an overwhelming 3 skiers.

I went to Mt. Holly one time on opening day -- I think a couple years ago -- and for the first hour and a half it was maybe me, 4 or 5 other skiers/riders, and about 5 ski patrollers. At some point, all 5 of the ski patrollers were at the top of Woodward dinking around on their smartphones. Later that day I happened to see two skiers I know from another forum I used to be on. Crowds did pick up a little as the day went on.

Guess you r all having too good a time to update us poor slobs missing the early open! And Holly's web cam sucks, too far away from anything open so I can't look in on ya and see if I can spot any of ya on the hill.

If we stay cold enough for them to b open Sat? I will def b out there!

Wasn't really that busy until after 5 but they opened the racing hill about 530 and they rigged a handrail and that corrugated for a few jib features. Wall to wall snow I was surprised how much they had made in such short notice. A little crusty a little icy but what the heck it was the earliest open EVER; I'll take it. Felt great to be riding again.

They are going to try and make it thru the weekend and then probably close until next weekend given the forecast. Hopefully we don't have a repeat of last december or imma start punching throats lol.
