It's a major workout, especially on the arms and legs, it's just one constant carve.

Nice, looks cool.
Tip for this forum...when linking youtube videos, click the youtube button when you are in the "advanced reply" section and then paste only the youtube code to have it embed in the thread. This is what you would paste for yours > TPSuBFMAqbc.

Going up to my friends cottage in Petoskey Wednesday through Saturday. Will be hitting up Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands when I'm there. Should be a good time as long as I can stay warm! Let me know if anyone else will be up there!

Anyone know of any good bars around there or other fun things to do? Thanks!

Sounds like a nice trip. Got a friend with a Lakeside Cottage at Bay Harbor and we always use that once a year. Would like a place like that myself up there! We like the Park City Grill, always eat there whenever we're up there then hit some of the locals bars downtown. I don't drink but I still hang out and it's usually pretty fun.

So, tentatively I'm looking at Cannonsburg Friday night and Crystal or Caberfae Sunday. Fuck the Superbowl, I'm riding empty hills bitches. And it's supposed to snow a bunch Saturday and Saturday night so I might be looking at some good conditions.

I was going to be @ Highlands all next week. But now, my back is not improving. So unless I have a dramatic recovery in the next day or two? My vacation will have to b cancelled.

I'm freakin' PISSED!!!! (....and more than a little scared.)

That sucks man. I have a bad back that gives me problems sometimes too. In fact I tweaked it Saturday pretty well.

My therapy? Ice bath first day or two, then warm baths or hot tub. Anti-inflammatory meds, LOTS of stretching, back, hamstrings and quads.

I also started foam rolling and that has done wonders. Used to be I'd get a tweak like that in my back and it'd last a week or longer before getting better. This last one was only bad for a couple days and is on the verge of being gone altogether.

I own an inversion table as well from when I had two bulged discs in my lower back about 6 years ago. Don't use it as much anymore, but 15 minutes a day at a moderate angle (not all the way upside down, more like a 45 degree angle) did wonders for my recovery.

I'm just going to Brighton on Saturday, gonna take my little one out and see if I can bribe Leo to get out too.

Next weekend I'll head up north.

As for Petoskey, there's a few pubs around town. Check this list to see what sounds good to you.
