I saw a couple people fall over the edge near the top of the irishman and go down that steep. Not sure if they did it on purpose or not but the wipeouts looked epic. Saturday was really freaking warm. The crowds early on were pretty thick, lift lines were long. By late afternoon it thinned out, it looked like there was some little rail competition going on. The lodge was miles better than any of the other places I'd been to so far. We were originally planning on boarding on Sunday too but after 4 hours Friday night and 8 hours on Saturday I was really stiff and sore. I wanted to go out again Sunday but decided not to because I didn't want to risk injury by getting lazy from fatigue. I dont know how you guys string so many days together in a row... Today I'm ready for more but this weather...ugh. This is my first season, does this week of warm temps wipe out boarding at Brighton or Holly this week? Are we forced to go all the way up north if we wanna get out now? I still have groupon tix to Caberfae I'm planning to use on Feb 26th...if the weather holds :/ |

Nahhh they're sitting on 50-60" of base it'll melt a bit and rain will probably freeze it solid so conditions will be lousy for a few days until we get more snow or until they can blow more fake snow. As long as the temps dip back down soon we'll be OK.
