yeah it is amazing what a good DSLR and 5fps high-res can do! That was taken by one of their photographers, I think he is going to send me the high-res version one of these days.

ive been to silver lake and have seen others doing it but i didn't have my own board to try it out. i came close to buying a Venom board but i didnt think i would get my money's worth out of it since i don't get to dunes more than once a year!

I'm going to for sure. My girl is freshly moved here from Calgary so I'm going to spend the summer showing off the State to her.

if you get a chance, make the long drive up to Tahquamenon Falls area in the UP. Various trails to hike for all abilities but bring your mosquito spray for sure. Lodging options aren't many but there is a Best Western or Holiday Inn or something not too far away from the park. Makes for a nice weekend trip there's some odd stuff to do & spend some time in the park up there hiking or whatever.
