I have lived in MN for 2 years now. Been riding a couple local spots Afton welch and spirit mtn up in Duluth. Moved from the icy coast riding in VT. Looking for new places to go. Any sugjestions?

Lutsen is the best, I like Giants Ridge too.
You might want to check out powder ridge in kimbal, I've never been there but some of my friends like it. Wild mountian is fun for pre-season riding in November. If your into park hyland and those other tow rope hills are hard to beat. Other than that Afton is about the only metro hill that I like but I don't ride down there often. |

Granite Peak is 4 hours to the East if you don't mind a drive.
Well worth it and the best that Wisconsin has. Granite Peak Ski Area |
