Not sure where you are from Zole but I live in Milwaukee and work in Waukesha so Alpine is south of me and pretty much equidistant from the two and it snowed an inch or two in Waukesha but was raining pretty much 5-10 minutes east of Waukesha all the way into Milwaukee, not sure if Elkhorn got any of the snow or not, I know the more southeast you got in the state the more rain you got so they may have gotten little to no snow and more rain just like the city.
Pure speculation obviously on my part as I wasn't watching the radar or at Alpine but if I had to guess I would say conditions aren't phenomenal and it doesn't look as if there will be any improvement in the near future. I was thinking of trying to swing by after work tomorrow but think I'm going to pass for now. |

Gotcha, like I said I could be way off and they may have gotten more of the snow than the mix. They open at 2pm last I heard and lift tix were only $25 so it's not like you are having to pay full price either.
Looks like temps may drop tomorrow in the morning so they can put the guns on too before opening. I'm sure someone else may have better connections than I do though to give you more info. |

GP should be at least 50% open by Christmas. Be sure and check out the new quad high speed, Dasher, in the Western corner. It's only open from 9-4 this season, but it's something new for this season. Lights are planned over there for next year.
