Riding was pretty good over all. There were some icy areas mainly from the 6 man left to the new quad. I rode to the left most of the time as the lines were much shorter. The main 6 man lift stopped every other minute. It snowed all day Friday with about a inch or two accumulation. Saturday morning dumped a surprise 2-3 inches. Here are some pics.

Wish I would have had time to ride with you.
If you are there in the morning, Dasher and Cupid have the shortest lines by far. In the evenings, I'd stay primarily on Cupid. Our 6 man Comet, gets the brunt of our crowds. We had over 4,000 people there on Saturday. That's a lot for us. Waaaaay too many people who either weren't paying attention, had never ridden a high speed before, or just had no business being on the lift were really killing our run time. Constant stopping for safety reasons on top and bottom suck for everyone. If you head back up this season and can give me advance notice I'll get some time off to hit the hill. |

Nice pics Zolemite. I will be heading to Granite the weekend Feb. 9 & 10th, hoping they get a good base built up by then especially in the woods.

I'll probably be at the bottom of Comet after 3:30pm so ask for Mike if you have any questions or need bar/food recommendations. |
