Cascade Mt. 2/2/13 - Snowboarding Forum

Ok, I am going to be heading to Cascade Mountain tomorrow and looking at doing the evening pass for $25. Looking at leaving Oregon, WI at about 3:00pm. Anyone interested?

I ended up missing Saturday and went Sunday night instead. I was on the bunny hill pretty much the entire evening anyway:-)

Ha! I wasn't on the "bunny" hill... I was on "cottontail" lol

I am a noobie. I was out there all day Saturday for my second time snowboarding. I got to see all the green runs by the end of the day, but they closed down the unlit one that I bit it on earlier that I wanted to conquer before leaving. Ended on a pretty good run and am looking to hit up a couple blues next time out.

I ended up on Adele's Alley about the last hour of the evening. I should of stayed on Bunny and Schoolmarm

We stayed on cottontail because my skiing buddy could do the jumps while I worked on avoiding them.

Far out was the one I took a nasty dive on - it was much narrower than the other runs.

I was starting to get comfortable on Adele's except for the traffic. Traffic still freaks me out. Freaking out leads to me on the ground.

I couldn't agree more. I had a tree hit on me on the way down at one point..........we almost made out
