Snow Creek Missouri

Anyone been there? From the website the park looks pretty good? But then you look at the park pics from my local (Mt. Cresant Ia) it looks good too, then a total disappointment when you get there. My GF bought a new set up and we were thinking about shooting down there for a day. Any info would be great thanks.

I'm curious too, since I'm living about 2 1/2 hours from there. It looks decent, but this winter has been really warm, and of course even in a good year it's practically all man made snow. It may be worth the short drive though?

Hey, i've been to snow creek a few times, because its the only place remotely close. It's unbelievably small. the park has 3 small kickers and a couple down rails depending on when you go. i myself am not a park rat, but i've been to good parks and this is not top quality. it's a good place to dial in your hits though. Definitely a beginner hill. as far as snow conditions. it was all blown, and spring slush the last couple times... had to clean my boards thoroughly when i got home

Last time I was there they were struggling to keep 1 run open, had to hop over the mud puddles lol. However they did get quite a bit of snow this past week and it's been cold. Last I looked at the webcam it looked like all the runs were open. It's okay for what it is when they have snow.

Well, we are going more for my girl, she just got a new board and is a total beginner. I just thought it might be a nice change over Cresant, I get bored there pretty quick cause I've been down all the runs 100's of times. Plus I want to get the girlie some board time before we go on our spring trip to Summit. She took lessons at A-basin in Dec. hoping she can get to where she's comfortable enough to at least ride up to the top of a-bay with me, and cruise the blues down. Or at least go mid mountain greens and get off the bunny hill lol
