![]() I like a lot of M83 stuff when riding, We Own the Sky is really good. ES&TMZ is awesome, I'll be seeing them at Coachella this year. Vampire Weekend would be pretty good, upbeat and has some punk vibes. YouTube - Vampire Weekend - "Cousins" (Official Music Video) |

i like listening to trance while i'm on the slopes, which is unusual because i don't really like listening to trance any other time. i usually go nightboarding, and it's just.. fitting.
my favorites on the way down are: Gouryella - Walhalla Kamaya Painters - Far From Over Glenn Morrison - Contact A Boy Called Joni - Green Astronauts Vincent de Moor - Fly Away (Cosmic Gate Remix) Cressida - Wormhole Adventures I'm sure this isn't everyone's cup of tea. *oh and, I used studio in-ear-monitors on one of my recent trips; complete noise blocking. absolutely horrible. i was really putting myself and other people in danger because i couldn't hear shit else except for my music. just a thought. I definitely get in different music moods, which will dictate which music I listen to. Here's some examples: If I want to listen to more calm stuff: Blind Mellon, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Coldplay, Counting Crows, David Gilmour, The Decemberists, Flogging Molly (Not so calm), Jack Johnson, Led Zeppelin, The Nightwatchman, Oasis, Pink Floyd, RHCP, Bagpipe music, etc... If I'm in the mood for more heavy stuff: TOOL, White Zombie, PM5k, Pantera, SoaD, Soundgarden, KoRn, RAtM, Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, NIN, Metallica, Manson, Future Leaders of the World, Flogging Molly, Disturbed, Alice in Chains, etc... Finally, if I'm in the mood for anything rap or trance: Aphex Twin, Bone Thugs, darude, Fugees, Hallucinogen, Infected Mushroom, Jay-Z, Eminem, Lost Boyz, Nappy Roots, Biggie, Obie Trice, Outkast, Oakenfold, Tiesto, T.I., 50, etc...

derrr... I should have noticed where he said that Pepper was referring to the name of the band, not the song. Meh. Oh well. I suppose I'll have to check out the band now.
