Default sick of my playlist.

as the title mentions...i am sick of my playlist. i pretty much just listen to electronic type music, because the rest just doesn't do it for me. i was hoping a few of you might listen to the same stuff and give me ideas of similar artists, or maybe just people i might enjoy listening to.

my list consists of:
MGMT
passion pit
pretty lights
3Oh3
the knife
ratatat
crystal castles
hollywood undead
brokencyde
and a few songs from techn9ne and rebelution.

if you guys have any suggestions, they would be much appreciated. thanks!

I'm going to be a smartass and suggest you listen to the stuff that started all of this music: New wave from the 80's! Lots of people hate on it because its old, it sounds gay, and because nobody listens to it, but actually it is what most of the new techno and electronica is based off. Give some of these songs a listen. Dont shoot it down right away because even though you might think that this is the opposite of what youre looking for, your artists have these people to thank for their genre.
YouTube - Eight Seconds - Kiss You When It's Dangerous
YouTube - PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS - She's So Young
YouTube - GLASS TIGER - Thin Red Line
YouTube - Tears for Fears - The Way You Are

Seriously, dont shut it off after 5 seconds (even if the videos are fucked, remember this was the 80's). You might even like it.

On a more serious note, if you hate all of this shit and want to stick with 'new' music give justice a listen. Good songs are genesis and let there be light and phantom.

I'm not recommending downloading this, cuz that would be illegal. Hahahaha. But there's about 100 awesome songs I found here after doing a quick "snowboading playlist" google search.... Only about half the videos on the page are on the playlist itself but it can give you some really good ideas

I almost skipped over this thread but because you're a fellow citizen of the land of enchantment, I'll throw you a bone:

YouTube - Cassius - I Love U So (Official Video)
YouTube - phoenix 1901 D.L.I.D remix
YouTube - Games - Heartlands
YouTube - Gold Panda - You
YouTube - Hockey - Too Fake (RAC Mix)
YouTube - Empire Of The Sun - Walking On A Dream

The Best recycling of john Hughes saturated 80's ever:
YouTube - M83 - Kim and Jessie
This cat is from Santa Fe (now resides in Denver) and toured with Crystal Castles this summer:
YouTube - Pictureplane - Goth-star
Solo project by female half of 'The Knife':
YouTube - Fever Ray 'Keep The Streets Empty For Me'

Major props for leif for those clips. Tears for Fears and Glass Panda are so dope.

Sasha - Wavy Gravy

Listen up to the 3 minute mark before you make the judgement call as it starts out slower since this is the full version. Radio edits are out there that cut right into the melody.
