I was a big fan of early stuff like Op Ivy, Rancid, Knucklehead, Citizen Fish, and later stuff like Sublime.

But the sheer amount of sugar-coated crap was too much, and i got turned off.

That is, until i learned about the Inner Terrestrials. Reggae, Dub, Ska, mixed with old-school British punk rock. Like the Clash, but better. Like Sublime, but with more authentic reggae bass lines and political lyrics.

Fukking amazing.

No matter how hard i tried, I couldn't bear Ska. I'm huge into much, but can't stand it
