Default Dope instrumental beats?

Anyone know of any artists that make dope instrumental hip-hop beats, such as Quasimoto, Madlib, etc? Just seeing what else is out there - I'm heading to Whistler this weekend and would enjoy some fresh new beats while going down the slopes - thanks!

Look for Yesterday's New Quintet <- that's Madlibs "jazz" version of instrumentals, not sure how hype it is for shredding.

Look for Jay Dee (or J Dilla) instrumentals, Black Milk, Young RJ.

J Dilla - 'Donuts' is probably one of the most interesting and hype instrumental albums I've ever heard.
MF Doom - Secret Herbs or Special Herbs something like that; its a 4 disc (9 volume) instrumental collection of all of MF Doom's beats... realy really dope shiet.

DJ Krush has great stuff through out all of his releases. Usually there is a mix of beat-only stuff along with lyrics.

Instrumentals is a pretty broad category but i'm assuming you're talkin about DJs.

Kid Koala and Dan the automator (together and separately) have done a lotta collaborations, most of them being successes i.e. deltron 3030 and handsome boy modeling school.

Then there's downtempo music such as Bonobo, Blockhead, Skalpel, Cinematic Orchestra, etc... All do their thing well so if you want to cruise down the mountain with some chill beats...these guys do the job for me anyways.

If you want more hip hop, Jazz influenced (your madlib and co.), go for Prefuse 73 and Amon Tobin. Kinda hard to get into, but if you're a avid listener for sounds so underground it goes overground, try them out. If you want some some songs they made try:
Prefuse 73 - Nuno and End of Biters-International
Amon Tobin- Four Ton Mantis, Verbal, Sordid, and Chocolate Lovely
