Charles Daniels Band
Leonard Skynard
Cake
Flogging Molly
Puddle of Mudd

And those are a few of my favorite groups. I listen to this music all the time.

Really? Im not famliliar with them..they err..."old" singers like beatles old? What type of stuff do they sing? (rap, r&b,punk, etc.)

LOL, JT, nice to hear you about 'beatles', don't think those they mentioned are as old as beatles... for me, i still like the classical music and the 'old' bands that jt is asking about

hehe, just kidding. But seriously, the only "oldies" music i like is the beatles and led zepplin.(that how you spell it?)

I listen to a bit of everything. I am really into music that has a lot of energy but ocassionally I will break out the slow stuff and the country music. Some of my favorites right now are:

Staind- Rock
Daniel Powter- Pop
Steve Miller Band- Rock
Killers- PopRock
Panic at the Disco- PopRock

I like panic at the disco and daniel powter as well, but do you only like them for the one good song they released or have you actulaly listened to their album and all their songs? Like i think for some band or singer to be your favorite, you would actually listen to all the rest of their songs, not just a song you hear on the radio.

Yes I am a die hard music fan so I usually will have listened to a full CD before the bands first song has ever made it to radio play the other great thing that I have is Sirius Satellite radio I usually will here songs about a month ahead of other people. As far as Daniel Powter goes I would have to say for sure that Bad Day is my favorite song!

I like the video for Bad Day, its Bad ASS! Lol, have you ever seen it. Oh, and if any of you dont know how to look at music videos register for a yahoo account, or use one that you already have and go to launch.com and theres videos there!

I love the Steve Miller band! especially Wild Mountain Honey. And Third Day is awesome, too. But my favorite singer would have to be Jimmy Buffet...I'm not a Parrothead or anything, but I love his knack with the turn of a phrase.
