I recommend trying out VUZE. It is somewhat like Limewire except it is a search engine for Torrents.

Vuze is the shit. I get all my music from there. You can stream videos from your comp using vuze to your xbox and watch them on your tv.

use a youtube to mp3 website for single songs, i use bittorrent for albums and movies. I had no idea what to do at the start but very simple after someone explains it to youuu

Since Limewire shutdown, I've been using Frostwire. It's quite similar to Limewire and hasn't let me down yet.
