Tough call, I'd say either

Sympathy For The Devil or Paint it Black, there's another ever better one that I can't think of right now

Another vote for Sympathy for the Devil.

Also Stray Cat Blues.

The one that I keep coming back to is Live With Me. Not one of the more obvious ones but it's got a solid beat and a good feel for cruising the slopes. Keep the suggestions coming, I want to add a few more tracks to my playlist for my trip on the weekend.

Having said that, there are so many. And make a nice balance to indie and electronic.

I like Gimmie Shelter. It just puts me in that shred kind of mood.

Exile on Main Street, all of it!

Loving Cup always good, find the version with Jack White guesting when the Stones played the Beacon Theater.
Stop Breakin' Down is nasty. As is Ventilator Blues.

But seriously...put all of Exile on your player!
