Alright, so this is going to be my first set of cans. Ive always used in ear buds but figured Id check these out. I always thought Skullcandys were hot and I have 100 bucks buring a hole in my paypal account so hey why not.

I really like the design of the TI's and the GI's. (Terje's are ok too I guess) Im going to be using these on a day to day basis too as well as on the mountain. Overall I like the look of the TI's better but I heard they leak sound like a b!tch. The GI's look cool too (black/white camo) and people seem to like them.

Any opinions on this one?

i have the TI's, and compared to my buds there's no competition at all, the buds win everytime. i have the ti's as my backup pair when both the recons AND the ink'd buds break...or when im just in the mood to sport the sk bandana i have wrapped around it :]
don't have experience with the GI's but the TI's sound is meh...nothing special. they look huge. i've received tons of compliments about them, since their sooooo HUGE, but their a little overrated...only thing thats forsure is how loud they are. they get pretty loud and can double as speakers when other people want to listen to what i'm listening to.
if you want a headphone fanatics opinion, stick with the in-ear buds. they eliminate background noise, sound great, have some pretty bitchin bass, and are cheaper than the TI's and GI's. i'm looking to buy the 11mm Full Metal Jackets and the reviews i've read on amazon say their really good.
