so i have talked to alot of different people and alot of them think that blacks are corrupting music making it down grading to women and just singing about nothing but partying and smoking weed are blacks bringing our music down?

Ummm this has been going on for awhile and no. Frankly I find it racist. 80's punk has plenty of music doing the same thing. Plenty of other music styles out there that glorify much the same. Not limited to "blacks" at all. It just sounds like your friends want to hate on color. My advice, get new friends...

i'm in total agreement with Hyma$$.. people are racist.. it's as simple as that.. country music has that shit for hells sakes.. honkeytonk badonkadonk? save a horse ride a cowboy? i hate it when people hate on rap music when they all depict girls as sex toys.. the only difference is the word ho is replaced with cowgirl or crazy bitch..

when you look at the grand scheme of things, the only people being exploited aren't those being sung about (the bitches and what not), but those compelled to go out and buy the music, adopt an attitude from it, and try to live that attitude for real.

you cannot come in here and blame 'blacks' for DEGRADING (down grading is nonsense) women, when on mainstream TV you have shows like 'the girls of the playboy mansion'. Is Hefner a 'black'?

get a clue. this situation is one of grasping to justify a prejudice. game over.
