What's the rock you speak of?
![]() In the truest sense of the word rock, my favorite is probably Dire Straits. Pretty much everything else is placed in some sort of ____-Rock genre these days so I won't mention my other faves for fear of some internet hero telling me that the Deftones aren't rock. I briefly flirted with "dance" music in the early 90's when I was 12-13. And then my balls dropped and I came to my senses. |

I'm not sure if Five Finger would be considered "rock," but okay. Rock is such a general term nowadays anyway. Five Finger would be more into the metal genre, right? Maybe I'm wrong, I don't listen to them that much. I do like metal, for the most part though.
For "rock," I like to listen to Breaking Benjamin, I like some Rise Against, Chevelle, TFK, some of Skillet, Decyfer Down, Red, Disciple, some Linkin Park, some Shinedown, etc. For classic rock, I like a lot of bands. Idk, depends on what I'm in the mood for. |
