It was on a sampler, and I was just wondering to myself if the rest of their album is as good as this song!

Sampler, not Sample. The entire song was on the sampler... It was a CMJ New Music CD. The entire song "Las Cruces Jail" was on the CD. I was wondering if all the songs on the Two Gallants CD it came from were as good as that one song... which I listened to in its entirety.

Brazilian Girls... GREAT!!!! Saw 'em live in NYC last fall. Almost didn't go to the show, but was so darn glad I did!

I'd listened to an advanced copy a friend had given me non-stop for a week! but I Had to give it back. It's great driving music for sure, and I was doing a lot of highway driving that week.

Sabina (the lead singer) is GREAT live, and the band will have you moving no matter who you are. I like "The Go! Team" live for the same reason.
