spreadeagle - an up and coming local band that i think everyone should check out
and oh so many more that i can't think of right now
3 inches of blood rocks my balls right out of the sack

matter of fact, i like all the bands you listed, other than that spreadeagle as ive never heard em

with what you listed, you need to check out into eternity, mercenary, and iced earth if you dont already listen to em

I'm gonna be seeing 3 inches of blood at the end of next month. It will be the third time i'm seeing them, and every single show I have been to has been absolutely amazing. And believe it or not I actually met Cam Pipes at a Bison show last thursday!

A buddy of mine turned me onto SpreadEagle, and now he's actually drumming for them and they are almost done recording a new album. Which i'm pretty stoked for. Check out their myspace at MySpace.com - SprëadEagle(new album in progress) - Vancouver/Mission, CA - Rock / Rock / Rock - www.myspace.com/theeag

I have heard of the bands you mentioned, but I haven't taken the time to really check them out quite yet, but will be doing sometime soon now that you mention it.

i saw three inches of blood like four years ago on the roadrunner roadrage tour at a really small place in cleveland........there was maybe a hundred people there at the most, it was incredible

that spreadeagle band is ok, not a big fan of those types of vocals

definitely check out mercenary though

oh, and a band call eluveitie........sort of celtic/folk/death metal out of switzerland

My favorite thing to listen to while riding would have to be oldschool hip-hop. Basically anything with a nice mellow beat and lyrics that flow well. Sound providers are probably my favorite. They make some amazing funky jazz loops that are just a trip to listen to. Plus their scratching is superb.

You might dig Nujabes bro. Metaphorical Music & Modal Soul are two dope instrumental tracks.
