Designing optimum earphones for Boarding

Hi All,
We are in the process of designing an excellent option for all of us helmet wearing snowboarders and skiiers.
I am hoping that I can get an idea of the level of interest for these or get an idea of how the current options are not meeting your needs.
I love boarding with good tunes and I have come to realize that there is no optimum solution and it is time to change that.
PM me with product ideas and I will work them into the design.
A couple of questions that I am hoping you can answer when you PM me.
Are you using an Apple Iphone/Ipod?
Features and design you would like to see?
Cost you would be comfortable paying?
Currently using?
Anything else that will help us is appreciated.
Thanks all in advance.
BR,
Seth

This is what I have right now: Amazon.com: iKross IKBT18 Bluetooth Over-the-Head Stereo Headset with Case - With iKross Bluetooth Stereo Handsfree Headset you can enjoy stereo music or phone call from your iPhone or Bluetooth enabled cellphone.: Cell Phones & Accessories

Cheap.
Can control player.
Sound good (considering the price).
Can anwser the phone.

Battery life could be improved.
Buttons are somewhat tricky to use inside the helmet, needs thin gloves.
