wtf pennywise kicks ass in concert. I've always really enjoyed punk shows too.

Were they all fall-down drunk?

Combination of sloppy performance and bad acoustics/sound engineering i guess. I loved pennywise but that show sucked ass.

One of the worst shows I heard for sound was Disturbed and Korn at the ACC in Toronto. We had seats closer to the back, and it sounded like listening to headphones through an 8' long tube. Way too many reflections, hollow sound.

Best concert halls for sound I've been to have been The Phoenix and Sound Academy (both in Toronto)...

Worst show ever for me was Sonic Youth opening for Pearl Jam. My best and worst in the same show.

If I was shit faced drunk and you handed me an untuned guitar upside down and gave me a drum set to kick while I screamed incoherently, I'd sound like Sonic Youth. They sucked hard.

poutenen, check my post on the previous page

best show was either KRS ONE or Suicidal Tendancies back in the day - both shows in tiny venues.

worst show by far was Bob Dylan. he is a terrible live performer. his complete lack of engagement or acknowledgement of the audience made me dislike him as a person. he's a dickhole.

One of my favorite songs. I head AiC play this a couple years ago at the Molson Amphitheatre in TO... It might have been the joint that the guy in front of me passed me, but I shed a tear or two during the song.

in 1995 played Death in Germany, very impressive. Iīve never been a big fan of deathmetal, but what Chuck Schuldiner did on stage was just amazing. R.I.P. Chuck.
also Anthrax + Scott Ian (my-alltime-hero-on-rhytmguitar), Kreator together with HateSquad. great shows, long Hair, beer and SWEAT.
one of the funniest was Primus, donīt know the year. and not to forget kmfdm.
just digged some old tickets out of my treasure chest

some of the best ones: Sheer Terror at cbgb's (supposed to be the last show, funeral wreath and everything on the stage). Cro-Mags at cb's. Cro-Mags at the continental in nyc. Quicksand in brooklyn. Lifetime in Philly. Murder City Devils in boston when they toured with at the drive in. Queens of the Stoneage in Boston. Neil Young solo in Boston.

Best big concert I've been to was probably seeing Iron Maiden with Queensryche. Both were so awesome.
