It's a super solid board and our sales manager at the same weight loves the 155CTX even after a few pepperoni strombolis. I think you could definitely get away with it, another guy here who usually rides a 161 SL has been rockin the 57. What size is your Heritage?

With just 2 cm less effective edge the Proto 154 would be fine for you and a good compliment to your Heritage 158. Giving you a shorter twin to throw around without sacrificing a lot of on snow stability.
SIZE WAIST EDGE SIDECUT TIP / TAIL 158 25.4 124 VARIO 743* 30.0 Heritage 154 25.1 122 VARIO 722* 29.5 Proto

and I love your boards! I'm grabbing this stick as soon as it comes to shop! Exactly what I want from what I'm reading. Just struggling between the 157 & 160 CTX thought! ![]() I like to carve hard, haul, speed and do double diamond trails. But found that I'm liking to do park jumps, rollers, boxes, spins, trees, throwing down tricks & what not just as much! So I'm not sure if 3cm would make a big difference either way and/or which direction I should take it! SO, if only you had a 158.5 which would solve the issue! JKCheers... |

Remember, the proto has blunted tips. The effective edge makes it ride longer than the actual length. So if the tips weren't blunted, it would probably measure to 158 or 158.5.
Since you would like a 158.5, get the 157 because it is basically that size. |
