Thanks! It was during a 2012 Forum Demo weekend and I was on the Holy Moly in that pic. Not my cup of tea lol. Wish I got a shot of me on the Evo as I definitely had more air on that barrel. I should have tried to ollie the sucker, but sadly I chickened out lol. I wasn't comfortable on the Holy Moly setup so I forwent the barrel jumping.

It was shot by the photographer at my work. This was his first real action shot outing. He didn't get a lot though since he wanted to ride with us instead of shooting pictures all weekend

I'm waiting for more pics to be uploaded. He said he got the sequence from this one and that you can see the barrel move lol. Me likey bonkz0rz.

Thank you all for contributing so much to reviewing this board, making my decision to buy it that much easier.

I'm an intermediate rider, but when it comes to equipment and all that new technology stuff, i'm pretty clueless.

I'm 5'10, 180lbs, size 9.5; ride about 50% groomers, 35% terrain park, and 15% half pipe. I focus more on jumps than rails in the terrain.

Can someone recommend me a board size for this board? I'm torn between the Proto CT 155 or 157. I heard this board rides longer than normal, so i'm not really sure.

Secondly, can someone recommend a good pair of bindings to go with this board. For boots, I have the 2011 32 lashed at the moment, and am loving it.
You are my measurements so I would say gun for the 157 especially since you focus more on jumps like me. I would definitely do the 155 if you want to jib. Heck, I'd just go with an Evo if I wanted to jib more.

As for bindings, I love my 390 Boss on them. Since you can't get the board til next year, just get the 2012 Bosses. They have better ladders. Or buy this years and ask for new ladders.

Another good pairing for the CT would be Ride Deltas.

So Leo, you do or don't recommend the Flux SF45 for the Proto? And if not, what would be a better choice from Flux? Perhaps the TT30??

I'm contemplating my next pair of bindings being Flux, and I was wondering what you all would reccomend for this particular board.

Actually, I've only ridden one pair of Flux bindings and they were the 2012 RK30s. I loved them and think they would match up well with the Evo or Proto.

You should shoot a PM to Triple8Sol on here. He knows a lot about Flux bindings and will be able to describe them to you.

I would go with a mid-soft to mid-stiff bindings on a Proto.

I'm wondering which size of this board you guys would suggest me:

I need the normal version, not the X. I'm in doubt between the 154 and the 157.

I'm 6'0" tall, and my weight is 165 lbs. I need a board for 50% Park, 50% Groomers, and I focus on jumping more as on jibbing. Besides that I like to butter a bit...

Which one would you guys get?

I'd personally do the 155 at your weight.

Oops... 154 then. The Proto rides longer than the length suggests. The 154 will ride like your average 155/156.

Leo, if you were going to go on a natural progression to a faster, better all round board, would this be the next step up from riding a K2 Raygun in the Never Summer line?
