So that's why my feet always hurt...

Extremo I generally always swap my insoles. Currently ride Superfeet. Too many bad experiences with cheapo stock insoles. An insole upgrade is def worth the investment imo.

tradnwaves4snow one quick tip you could try is tighten your boots more so your heel does not lift. I like having my boots fairly loose getting to the slopes and just walking around but if i strap in like this my heel lifts and i get the same burning pain under the arch of my foot.

+1 for using different insoles, I have some ones i bought last time i got a good pair of running shoes and they make a huge difference. especially if your stock insoles are just a uniform piece of foam.

baconzoo bad boot to binding combo could cause this as well. I borrowed a large pair of bindings once, (normally ride med.) and I was in such pain that I could not ride.

Massive pain when boarding

New to the forum, and I got back from Mammoth two weeks ago. Every time I carve/brake toe side, my feet kind of arches and the paint starts to kick in. I'm not sure whether its my boots and if i'm lacing too tightly or the bindings. I will say there is a minor slippage in my heel.

Have any suggestions? Need to do some process of elimination but snow conditions here in SoCal blows at the moment.
