t21 My buddy and i were there sunday the 12th and it was a blast! they had about 9" of fresh snow though it was still cloudy and low visibility on the top half of the mountain. Not familiar with the place,we followed other riders all over either hitting below the chairlifts(dreamcatcher, blackfoot),found our way to the sacks lift through the trees.it was the clearer side of the mountain and the runs were great! The top section of the mountain were a bit crusted from windblown wet snow the day before but having the fresh snow on top was heaven sent. Fresh stashes in tree areas was just amazing to hit you just forget about the visibility issue. All in all it was a great trip and we will do it again, hopefully it would be a bluebird weather so we can hit every run.

hardasacatshead Today was possibly the best day of boarding I've ever had. Bucket loads of new snow over the last few days but last night in particular delivered. 11" since lifts closed yesterday and it continued to puke some of the lightest and driest snow I've ridden in ages for the entire day today. Waist deep stashes everywhere, awesome cliff drops and shite loads of terrain to find freshies. My legs are fucked.

Tomorrow is going to be epic.

CassMT another 5" overnight as 'promised'...unfortunately i can't ride today, but i hear there are sustained high wind and the temps are hovering dangerously close to freezing point...freezing rain in town right now. fingers crossed, knock knock, and all that rot...

CassMT see any snorklers out there?

today was fabulous here too, as i thought the 5" reported was not the half of it, and the wind had mixed it up with all from before. and there were about 200 ppl on the whole mountain, and i felt good, strong and limber (which is not everyday, lol) and on and on...and it's only friday.

now the actual storm is set to roll in, they are still saying 24" possible by sunday night....life is so good

hardasacatshead What a day. WHAT A DAY!

Allsnow says we got 33" the last 24... not sure about that but there was at least 15". Up to my knees most of the time. Waist deep in a couple of the bowls that cop all the windswept goodness. Lovin it.
