How to get stable film

I do a lot of FPV flying with planes and multirotors for aerial filming. For awhile now we have had a boom in this hobby with something called a brushless gimble for gopro cameras. Anyway long story short, its a structure that keeps your gopro stable even when the structure(gimble) is moving. It's gone hand held now and I think it would be perfect for snowboarding videos.
Here is an example of how brushless gimbles work. Not my video just using as an example.
