Shuttles from the airport to Breck are ~ $100 each way. Car rental will cost you ~$40 a day Plan to spend at least a day traveling.

I'm about to head to the airport now. Breck bound.
I make this trip twice a year every year.
Fly to Denver. Yes
Try to find a hotel on the free shuttle route and within a few blocks from downtown (walking distance). Try to avoid Craigslist. There are tons of sites. Vrbo, flipkey etc.
Know how many days you are staying and buy a multi day pass on breck site. See the discount.
If your new to high altitude don't ride the first day. And don't drink too much (1 beer will feel like 3) Water and relax.
Rent a car or get the shuttle. Depending on where you stay.
A breck lift ticket works for keystone as well.
That's all I can think of right now. I didn't sleep a wink.

Advise for first trip to Colorado please
Planning on heading to breck for my first time snowboarding off the east coast. Really at a lost with this lol. After a little research, Denver airport seems to be most popular. Wondering if I should stay at a breck lodge or a local hotel/motel. Would staying at a breck lodge include a lift tickets? Rent a car or shuttle bus? I'm prob gonna try to go on weekdays to avoid crowds and airfare seems cheaper. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
