BTW I am super jealous of what you guys get to ride on a regular basis. Still I love it here and make the most of it. Which basically means never going to Brighton lol.

Tahoe is dry. There is a bit of man-made snow, but few runs open, that means you are sharing those 12 inches of ice pebbles with everybody else. (kids and all). Plus it's warm... 70 here in the bay, that means that by 12 you are riding man-made - slush.
I'm not driving up there until we get feet of snow.. Bt I have the feeling this season is busted. Since today we are officially in a drought.

We have 60+ inch bases up there and I've hit 3 powder days even being limited to riding weekends.
