Podiatrist has me using SOLE products for pronation. Check out the site, they even have moldable footbeds.

Trust me you need to get an orthotic insole. I was running 3 miles a day and ignoring my pain that it caused me leg. Before I knew it I had to come home from the Marines to have knee surgery. Mine were expensive but insurance paid for most of it. On top of that, I believe certain stores cell "custom" but not really custom ortho inserts. Don't just get the arch support you need to get something a little more serious.
Whatever you do it will be cheaper than surgery down the line.

HELP! Foot Pain
I have a 2 fold question and need some advice. I have flat feet and everytime I wear anything with a boot(snowboard, ice skates, roller blades) my feet start to burn and hurt. At least with snowboard boots it goes away after a little while, but it's still annoying and painful.
1. Is there any way I can deal with this without getting orthotics?
2. Is there a brand of boots that work better than the others? So far I've tried Burton(too narrow) and Rosi(good but got the pain for like half and hour).
Thanks in advance.
