Nike Zoom DK Height...???

I just watched a YouTube video of "Matguf" (I think that's how you spell it) from the House Board shop do a review on the 2014 Nike Zoom DK.

In the video...He says that the Nike Zoom DK is "shorter than your average/standard boots".

Is this true? Does anyone agree with this statement? Is there anyone here that has experience with this boot and can confirm this for me...??

Reason why I ask is...I am always looking for new ways or ideas to tweak my setup to make it as "comfortable" as possible. I am short at 5'5" and therefore my calf height (bottom of feet to the knee) kinda short. So when I heard him say that...I immediately thought..."this feature of the boot might be my ticket and what I need for better comfort/tweak-ability/mobility".

In the video...the boot does look like it might be a "wee bit" shorter than your standard mens boot. I can't really tell from images on the internet.

I have been riding 32 Lashed for 3 seasons now and they work fine. I always loosen the top part of my boot vs the bottom because I have short, stocky calves. I believe that standard height boots are straining my calf.

The problem is...I don't want to loosen the top part of the boot. I want it to be "snug". So it lead me to think I might need a shorter height boot. If so...I am really looking to get these boots and see if they will work for me.
