Yep, there is a word for that: first world problems (okay, that was three words). Unfortunately, both Russia and Ukraine have a long way to go until they can start caring about who administers snowboarding competitions.

The whole thing has just the oddest timing.

if i won a gold medal i would wear it night and day for like 6 weeks, then sell it on ebay, some rich idiot would probably pay $10mil
