|stan_darsh||i had this really bad at -12/+12, it wasn't so bad at -15/+15, and then i switched to -18/+18 and everything is amazing. just keep trying, everyone is different!|

I also had similar knee problems in the past I think its combination between stance width and binding angles, everybody is different unfortunately and you need to experiment with it.
Started out at -15/+15 with a wider stance approximate 23 inches apart now i ride -12/+12 at about 21 - 22.5 inches and it felt better without any noticeable knee issues. Still got more to adjust but you will need to play around with the angles and width to see whats confortable i'd start by taking the width in by half an inch and see how that goes.

A good rule of thumb is to set your binding angles the same as the angles of your feet when you squat
Say you naturally squat at angles of like 10 and 10
and you set it at 15 15, there's going to be a lot of internal rotation of your knees. Compound that with impact, vibration and fatigue and you have a perfect storm for injury.

I don't have a problem with my inner knee on the front leg, but I do occasionally have problems with the outer knee on my front leg (iliotibial band).
I also ride 15/-15.
I notice, at 21" and 15/-15 (I'm 5'6" but with short inseam) I also put a lot of pressure on my outer front foot. To the point it starts to ache, get fatigued, burn.
I've only been out once, but I lowered my angles to 12/12 and had a good day and notice I don't press on that front outside portion as much.
Try to bring it in for a day. Or bring it out. Try different stance widths.
