Not in my experience. Glide on flats is all about having a good wax job.
Now if we're talking about in powder, it definitely matters. Reverse will glide a lot further than camber and a true powder stick will glide a lot further than just a run of the mill rocker board.

do reverse/hybrid glide better than camber on flats?
On hard packed flats, do reverse/hybrid glide farther/faster than cambered boards? As the contact points are raised on these boards, i would think the former has a tendency to glide more, rather camber would have a tendency to tract.
Obviously reverse/hybrid would be looser, but i was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this as I seem to go much farther on flats than my friends running on camber.
