New women's snowboard suggestions

I'm looking for a new board but not really sure what to get. I've only ever ridden a directional camber board (have an 8 yr old Salomon Radiant). Not sure what flex rating it has but not much!

I'm probably intermediate level. Pretty much stick to groomers. Little bit lazy (and old) Like to ride switch a bit and might even try some small jumps this year. I don't ride super fast but my current board definitely held me back at times (extruded base)

I'd like to get some kind of hybrid board but not sure whether to get hybrid camber or hybrid rocker. Also not sure about magnatraction (hadn't even heard about it until recently).

Oh yeah, I'm around 5'8", 138 lbs and size 9 us boots.

Won't be able to try a board first.

Anyone recommend a board that they like and why?

Been thinking about Jones twin sister, Roxy Ollie Pop (although it is being discontinued and not available in Oz in my size!) Rossi Diva (or maybe the rossi that's a bit more forgiving).

What I don't want is something that is beyond my skill level that will take loads of effort to ride.
