Wes_Dark Flux ds. Those are the ones I'm thinking of ordering this morning. Are there any better flux bindings for the proto HDX?

Wes_Dark I went to the board shop today and I'm really liking flow bindngs. They recommended flux and flow bindings but not specifics.

I've heard the 390 boss are very well matched to the hd(x) so I might go with those if I can find them locally. If not, I think something flow might do.

What's the mid/mid flow binding?

What bindings do you guys think?

390 boss, something from Flux, or union? The NS guys say soft to medium is recommended.
I'm currently riding a ns board .. SL. I have the 2013 390 boss bindings and I really love them. Super comfy.. great adjustment and the canting is a savior for the knees. What I don't like they have fixed for 2014.. paint chipping and high back adjustor. So. if you go Rome hit the 2014.

Also rode my buddies flux bindings (sf-45) I liked them they were stiffer then the Rome bindings but honesty I prefer my 390 boss bindings. Great for all mtn POW and park.

2 cm is nothing, it's likely the rental board was a POS. I'm 175-180 lb and have everything from a 156 to a 166 in my stash. The longer boards are definitely more stable at speed.

stan_darsh it's like an inch... an inch that would suck not to have at speed. 158
