legallyillegal With all the protectionist "buy local" sentiments, one would expect the same to be applied to snowboard manufacturers. Or not.

What about them being made in china makes them less respectable? Are they any less durable? I can tell you from personal experience that my Ride's have been bulletproof, can't necessarily the same for my made in the usa GNU. Guess where the vast majority of bindings are made as well? Yep, china. I could care less where the board is actually made. As long as it rides well and is durable that is all that matters to me.

redlude97 Go with a DH or Society then. The DH is alot of fun and I was using it to charge most of the blacks at Summit Central this past weekend as well as taking it through the park. Great on everything and the pop sticks make the board ollie super easy. Its also pretty soft in the tip and tail making it butterable while still being able to hold a decent edge

prolly the DH then, the kink will prolly be too similar to the artifact.... maybe slightly stiffer

laz167 I have an 09 Kink, very soft and lightweight.But yeah if your looking at something stiff it wont be the Kink. My kink is softer than my Dominant by far.
