caribchakita Lucky, so fun...I would surely take a dip BUT maybe I do skim the pond every year til I get over the top...whooo..this sport is crazy good...

Bamfboardman We'll have spring pow at snowbird. We didn't stop riding till May 27th last season.

ksup3erb Your best bets for April and May are going to be larger resorts like Killington or Sugarloaf. Otherwise out west.

Conditions will degrade significantly by mid-April and the open terrain will likely be more advanced.

Spring Snowboarding in April?

I am a new snowboarder and want to enjoy this amazing sport well into spring. Considering previous seasons with snow totals such as this year, where are the best spots for spring snowboarding? Also, what is this skim the pond business I hear about...
