Binding Suggestions for Rossi Experience

So I took my new to me Rossi Experience out for a spin last weekend in a pow day. I had 2013 Now IPOs on it with the hardest bushings.

The Experience is a very torsionally stiff board. While I had no trouble getting the board on edge and making turns, it was more often a tip and rip style and wasn't good for pow. The IPOs would fold when I tried to flex the board for turns.

So I'm looking for something with better response. Any suggestions? Looking at the Diodes or the El Hefe, but have no experience on either.
