I would agree with you if it was not for that bubbled section. If you can cut that section out to make it flat then cover it with ptex and scrap it. If your not sure about it take it too a shop.

ARSENALFAN buy a 1 dollar stick of clear ptex. light the end with a lighter. drip a few drops into that little ding. wait 5 minutes and then scrape level with a metal scraper. it will take you 10 minutes total and then you are ready to ride. i would recommend waxing afterwards but to each is own. your going to go broke taking it in every time such a minor ding happens.

Should take the board shop just a few hours maybe a day if they are busy. Should be ready to ride after you pick it up!

T-MAC100 I've watched some repair videos but don't really know what I'm doing. I think I'll just play it safe and take it to the local shop tomorrow so I know its done right. Is 6 days enough time for the ptex to cure or should I use my other board next weekend?

ARSENALFAN Doesn't look bad to me. Just clean out the rock debris and drip some ptex in there and ride.

NZRide You will definitely need to get that 10 cent piece removed before you ride, it will get catchy in the snow.

Yes you need to get that repaired ASAP. They need to cut away the protruded section and seal it with a expoxy ptex combo. The side rail looks ok but a pro shop can do a weld if it needs it.
