Need a new board

So i pretty much need a new board, my 142 Hero Smalls i got 2 years ago doesn't fit anymore. Was hoping some of you would have some recommendations .
Me:
167cm (About 5' 6")
66 kilo's (146 lb's)
Size 9 or 9 1/2 Boots
16 Now, but won't be growing very much but maybe an inch or two in the near future.
Budget: 300-400$ range, plus i have my old board bindings and boots.
Location of riding: East Coast (Upstate New York, Vermont)
I ride mostly freestyle and pistes, but prefer a very flexible board. Starting to do more park than i thought so I'm trying to make the right choice here. Something that would do great in park and is flexible. I'm not looking for all mountain boards, i personally don't like them. Something cheap and good for the park is what I'm looking for, just trying to get some advice before i head to the store.
