thecarp i've heard nothing but good from this board and this company. hopefully during the summer i can save up enough money (without blowing it all on my car ) to get the Gnu SS BTX and binding to go along with it. I WANT THIS BOARD SOOOOO BAD!!

C-Bear I'd say you should be ok...but if you really want to kill the park and still have great all-mountain performance....go lower. i'd say go 152...or if you're really into park...a 149. The GNU SS BTX has so much great technology behind it that i'd almost say that if you buy this board.....you'll never have to buy another board again. Let me know what you decide to do

Method Emm I'm roughly around 150 in weight and use the 154 street for my riding all over the mountain, took it in 3feet of powder and it performed pretty damn well for what's considered a park board. I didn't want to go to large though because I still wanted to ride the park.

Banana tech combined with magnetraction allow for an easier performing board...especially when it comes to things like initiating turns. If you are currently riding a 155 I would say go for a 152. If your worried about pow and groomers...don't be. The reverse camber compensates for the lower board height (keeping your speed) and the magnetraction helps you turn alot quicker and easier even at high speeds.
well i'm planning on getting the latest gnu street series in a 154 or a lib tech trs-btx in 154. will i run into any problems if i run with this? btw, i'm the guy that started this thread, the one that currently rides a 155

None what so ever, but checking out the site, there are a ton of banana's so I'm probably gonna start filtering through soon, to try to narrow my sights a bit

gidget_man Yeah, idk, it seems kinda fishy but I guess they wouldn't post if if they didn't really believe it (maybe?). I'm snagging a 158 wide for next season, if they're bullshitting I might have a board to sell :P
