|nsrider121||The Proto rides a little longer due to its blunt tips. I feel like the 157 is going to be a bit big for you especially if you want to get into park. I havnt looked at the waste width of the 54 but I fit size 11 boots on the 57 no problem. Take your boots and bindings into the shop and see if you actually need a wide. I suspect you dont, especially if youre boots have some sort or reduced footprint tech.|

Proto HD or HDX?
Hey guys. This is my 1st year snowboarding, but I've fallen in love with it! Here's my current setup and stats.
Ride Agenda Wide 153
Flow Rival Focus Boa Boots Size 11
Flow Five SE XL Bindings
Current bindings setup are 15/-12
I've been boarding probably 14-15 times this year (mostly in North Carolina) and am fixing to make my 2nd trip out to Colorado in March. My current setup has been very easy to learn on, but I'm ready to step it up a little bit.
I've decided on a NS Proto board for my needs. Most of my boarding is just hitting runs as fast as I can and occasionally looking for something on the mountain to jump off. I'm just now starting to get into the park a little bit.
I'm looking for advice on choosing between a 154 vs 157 Proto HD or a 155 Proto HDX. Will the standard version be wide enough for me and if so will a 157 be too hard for me to turn since I'm used to a 153?
