Hmm. I'm not a human bodyworker but I've had bodywork for years and my profession involves it. Plus I've spent most of my life nerding out to learning all I can about alternative modalities. So, level 2 strains throughout your pelvis would make my nerdy self question if anything is subluxated there. Especially if you're still having trouble walking. With a slam hard enough to split that helmet, I'd think there'd be subluxation for sure.
Any time I slam hard I see a chiro as soon as I can. They umpf and whoa at the jacked up situation I present them but once everything is adjusted, I recover way faster if not immediately.
No bodywork: eventually the body adapts to the compensation/subluxation but it'll still be off. Kind of like slamming a bulldozer into the foundation of a house then just shimming the furniture inside so it's level. The house is still jacked. And the plumbing could also be fucked down the line as a result.

I want to Px last week to get some exercises, it's helped some.
